Orders listed as “available orders” are orders you can request right now. They may be eligible to ship today, or they may be eligible to ship up to 10 days from today, but you can request the order right now.
“Future orders” are not eligible to ship until at least 11 days from today. Some insurance plans have strict rules about how early an order can be placed, so we keep orders listed under the “Future orders” section until 10 days before they can ship. If an order is listed in the “Future Orders” section, it is too early to request it.
10 days before the eligible ship date, your order will move from the “future orders” section to the “available orders” section, and we send an email to let you know it is time to consider placing your order.
Your mailing address should match the address your insurance company has on file for you. This address may be a physical address or a PO Box.
Your shipping address is where you want Home Care Delivered to ship your supplies. This address must be a physical address (not a PO Box).

If you have a new doctor, we’ll need to know who the new doctor is before your physician paperwork expires. Having the new doctor allows us to renew that documentation and avoid order delays.
