Home Care Delivered Announces New Vice President of People and Culture
Richmond, VA (July 30, 2024) – Home Care Delivered, Inc. (“HCD”), a leader in providing direct-to-patient medical supplies, including diabetes/CGM, incontinence, wound, urological, and ostomy products, is pleased to announce an exciting addition to its leadership team. Effective July 23, 2024, Maggie Smith joins HCD as Vice President of People and Culture, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership in human resources.
Maggie Smith is a dynamic leader in the field of People and Culture, with more than 20 years of expertise. Her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Traliant Holdings, LLC, showcases her commitment to talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Maggie is recognized for her ability to develop innovative strategies that enhance the employee brand and company culture, address diversity and inclusion challenges, and optimize employee performance and development.

Maggie holds a B.S. in Health Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating summa cum laude.
